This is a plain-language summary of how we handle information submitted through this website. It is not legal advice and does not form part of any agreement.
What we collect
Only what you enter in the partnership inquiry form: your name, business email, venue or company, venue type, and city and state, plus any optional details you choose to add such as role, website, phone, number of locations, preferred timing, approximate attendance range, and message. We also record the page the inquiry came from and the time it was submitted.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your inquiry and to discuss a possible kiosk partnership. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists from this form.
Who can see it
Inquiries are sent to the Wearable Rentals team and to the service providers that deliver our email and host this website. They may only process the information on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to follow up on the conversation and to keep a record of business contacts, unless you ask us to remove them.
Your choices
To ask what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted, email t.frazier@wearablerentals.com. A dedicated privacy contact address will be listed here once it is confirmed.
